What is the minimum and maximum transaction?

We do not have a base weight for our local transactions. However international transactions start at a net of 100g and the maximum depends on how soon the shipment is needed.

What if you can not meet with our demand?

Precious minerals are scarce, we agree on that too, but Africa is rich in these resources. If your requirement is huge but within a reasonable capacity, in such cases, we reach out and source some of the demand to reputable mineral agents and dealers in our network so we can meet your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, although our international shipments are floored at a minimum of 100g, below which we do not ship internationally.

How long does it take to take my order?

Overall, the total time it can take for your package to arrive from order placement to delivery will usually be anywhere from 5 days up to about to 3 weeks. However, in some rare cases it can take up to 6 weeks or shorter than 5 days.

What shipping methods do you support?

Once the customer clears the agreed-upon payment, they will also have to factor in their chosen shipping method to determine how long it will take their order to arrive. Premium shipping services can ensure that the package arrives in as little as 3 days after payment clearance while base economy shipping services can take as long as a month.

What payment methods do you support?

At the moment, we accept all modes of payment for our in-person store transactions but only support Bank Wire payments only for online orders. The payment MUST be received within one business day of order placement. All orders not paid within this time frame will be canceled and cancellation fees/market losses will be billed without exception. After we have received your wire payment, we prepare your package for shipping and notify you as soon as it is shipped. You then have full shipping tracking so you can follow your package’s progress until it arrives.

Do you have a friendly service?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below: Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However, exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received. Any item purchased as a SAMPLE SALE from our website is non-returnable. Our customers are notified at the time of purchase that these items are non-returnable.

Do you have offices outside East Africa?

Currently, outside East Africa, we have another office in Central Africa (Lubumbashi, DRC). However, we partner with other firms in Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, and Dubai for outside transactions.
